Right now I am watching the movie Footloose circa 1984! That movie is almost 30 years old! The soundtrack was one of my favorites and I love the dancing scene at the end! Anyway, it was certainly a different world back then. I am not sure if I really miss high school that much but I do miss many things that happened during that time as well as the music. Watching this movie brought back so many memories... Who would of thought this movie would be shown on a Kuwait movie channel. Thanks Kuwait!

I remember watching "Footloose" in the theatre...in Honolulu! What? Why would I be watching a movie while on holiday in Hawaii?? Well, it turned out to be a rather rainy afternoon that day, so I decided to see the Number One movie that was in the theatres then. I thought it was corny, dumb, badly acted...yet I quite enjoyed it! And yes Jen, I agree, the music still holds up. They are currently filming a remake of it...why???????
I heard they were making a remake of it... I saw the cheesy actor who is supposed to play the main character "Ren"? played by Kevin Bacon... Why mess with a good thing?
